Once you have completed the transaction you should receive an email with the subject [Login Info], if you don't see it within 5 minutes please check your Spam folder as most likely it was sent there.
If you still have problems submit a ticket and we will sort it out for you.
Short is answer is you already have an account on the training site. The password is encrypted for security purposes. First time customers will see the password.
