Refund Policy For Digital Programs
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all program purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 90 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 90-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to start the training program in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Refund Policy For Seminars
We offer a full money-back guarantee for our seminars up to noon on the first day of the event.
If for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied, just let one of the staff know by noon on the first day of the seminar. If we can’t resolve the issue, we will refund your registration tuition in full.
Cancellation Policy For Seminars
The later you cancel, the harder it is for us to fill your seat. So the penalty for cancellation increases as it gets closer to the start of the seminar.
If you need to cancel a seminar registration, this is our policy for refunding your tuition.
Up to 2 weeks before the event – 100% of tuition refunded.
Between 1 week and 2 weeks before event – 75% of tuition refunded.
Between 1 week and day before start of event – 50% of tuition refunded.
The day before start of event – 25% of tuition refunded.
Once event starts – No refund for cancellation.
NOTE: If you have an extreme circumstance such as a death in the family we will work with you.
